All the people there kept us informed as we moved through the lending process. All documents were faxed back and forth. Always followed by a confirmation of what was received. Refinancing with Hometown Lending Partners was a very easy process. The closing agent came to our house to do the closing, even in the middle of a February snowstorm. There were absolutely no surprises with our loan, which was something I was apprehensive about based on our experience with another past mortgage company. Overall, It was a very pleasant experience.
