We have had a great experience with Hometown Lending Partners. Starting with a personal phone call from a mortgage consultant with answers to my on-line questions. All the people there kept us informed as we moved through the lending process. All documents were faxed back and forth. Always followed by a confirmation of what was received. The closing was most pleasant and done at our home. We enjoyed talking with the Closer, she was really patient with us and explained any questions we had. It took about 1 hour and we never had to travel anywhere. What a convenience!! We would use Hometown Lending again and have told friends and family about them.

Refinancing with Hometown Lending Partners was a very easy process. The closing agent came to our house to do the closing, even in the middle of a February snowstorm. There were absolutely no surprises with our loan, which was something I was apprehensive about based on our experience with another past mortgage company. Overall, It was a very pleasant experience.
